After breakfast, depart for Tarangire National Park, famous for its giant baobab trees and large elephant herds. Tarangire offers one of the highest concentrations of elephants in Africa and is also home to lions, leopards, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, and rare species such as fringe-eared oryx.
During the dry season, the Tarangire River becomes a magnet for wildlife, providing spectacular game-viewing opportunities.
After an exciting full-day game drive, transfer to your lodge near the Ngorongoro highlands.
Today you explore the magnificent Ngorongoro Crater, the world’s largest intact volcanic caldera and a UNESCO World Heritage Site within the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.
