Start your safari adventure with a unique guided walking safari in Arusha National Park. Accompanied by an armed ranger, you will explore the park on foot, offering an intimate connection with nature. Expect to encounter giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, and a variety of birdlife, with stunning views of Mount Meru.
After the excursion, return to Arusha for relaxation.
Depart for Lake Manyara National Park, a scenic gem famous for its diverse ecosystems. From lush groundwater forests to the alkaline lake, this park hosts elephants, hippos, flamingos, and the legendary tree-climbing lions.
Enjoy a full day game drive before heading to your lodge.
Today offers a remarkable cultural experience. Travel to Lake Eyasi to meet the Hadzabe tribe — one of Africa’s last remaining hunter-gatherer communities. Learn about their traditional lifestyle, hunting techniques, and deep connection with nature.
Return to your lodge in the Manyara region for the evening.
Descend into the world-famous Ngorongoro Crater, often referred to as the “Eighth Wonder of the World.” This natural amphitheater offers one of the highest concentrations of wildlife in Africa, including lions, elephants, rhinos, buffaloes, and hippos.
Enjoy an unforgettable game drive on the crater floor.
Day 6 takes you to the spectacular Tarangire National Park, one of Tanzania’s most underrated safari gems. After the breathtaking wildlife experience inside the Ngorongoro Crater on Day 5, today you will enjoy another exciting game drive in a park famous for its huge elephant herds, iconic baobab trees, and diverse landscapes. Tarangire offers a more wild and less crowded safari atmosphere, making it a perfect way to end your northern circuit adventure.
After the safari, return to Arusha.
After breakfast, you will be transferred to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your onward journey, concluding your unforgettable Tanzania safari.

4. Tented lodges are the most common type of accommodation in savannah. Many of them work on solar energy. This sometimes means bucket showers, limited wi-fi and no hair dryers, all in an effort to reduce environmental impact. We encourage you to do some basic research on the accommodations in your program to ensure the safari matches your travel style.
